Apalling customer service
Our MG HS hybrid plus, decided by itself to change its language from English to Chineseof its own accord!!!
It took me abouit 4 hours to find a way to change the language back to English. However as part of this software glitch, the cruise control has stopped working. I have tried to resolve this myself, but was not able to. I drove the 25 miles from my house to Read in Grimsby, and was informed by the service receptionist that the earliest they could provide a courtesy car, and fix my 6 months old car was the 17th December, and they would charge me £20.00 for the privelage. We have bought two new vehicles from this dealership this year, and am now begining to regret it.Your sales guys are very helpful, but you are massively let down by really apalling customer after care in your service department.
