I’ve been going to the Beckton gym for a while and the gym itself is great! I have an amazing PT, Dimples! She has this amazing ability to motivate you without ever making you feel pressured. She explains movements properly and keeps the atmosphere fun. Her classes challenge me, but I always leave feeling so much better, physically and mentally. She brings so much positivity to every session or class and truly the best instructor I’ve trained with ✨
