Convenient, but poor maintenance and priority on weights hurts the experience.

It wasn't great for anyone who is mainly cardio focussed to start with but recently cardio equipment has been removed to make way for even more weights equipment.
Cardio equipment is poorly maintained, treadmills especially. I have nearly slipped on treadmill belts that are too loose several times. Numerous machines are regularly out of order, and this can make accessing machines that are working difficult at peak times.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
