Bike collected… then complete radio silence
This company collected my bike on 22/12 and then effectively vanished.
Since collection I’ve had no delivery, no update, no responses to emails, no returned calls and absolutely no communication of any kind. It’s as if the moment the bike was in their possession, customer service ceased to exist.
This isn’t a cheap parcel, it’s a bike, and the lack of basic professionalism and accountability is staggering. If there’s a delay, say so. If there’s a problem, communicate it. Going completely to ground is unacceptable.
At this point I have no idea where my bike is or when I’ll see it again. Zero transparency, zero reassurance, zero trust.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to reconsider unless you’re comfortable handing over valuable property and then being ignored.
Edit 05/01: In response to the company’s reply, I have no direct relationship with them. My purchase was made through a retailer. While I’m glad to hear they’ve returned refreshed after the Christmas break, that does nothing to address the issue. I am still no closer to knowing when an item costing several thousand pounds will be delivered.
