Took the Money. Failed to Deliver. Ignored Everything.
Senetic should be avoided.
They had no problem taking payment immediately, but completely failed to deliver the order or provide even the most basic level of customer service.
I placed a hardware order on 25th November 2025 and payment was taken straight away. On 2nd December, I was told my order was being packed and given a tracking number, with delivery scheduled for 12th December. On the delivery date, I received another email stating it would arrive that day. It did not.
Instead, the shipment was returned to Senetic, with no explanation and no attempt to contact me.
I waited for Senetic to explain or resolve the issue. They did neither. I emailed them on 19th December — no response. I followed up again on 30th December — no response. I then opened a PayPal dispute on 2nd January. Even at that stage, Senetic still failed to respond.
This behaviour makes it clear that Senetic prioritises taking payment over fulfilling orders or supporting customers. Once your money is taken, communication stops and accountability disappears.
Do not order from Senetic under any circumstances. If they take your money and anything goes wrong, you should expect silence, delays, and a complete lack of accountability.
