I purchased a Black Ops 7 account twice by mistake, although I only needed one.

The reason: during the first purchase via Apple Pay, the payment showed as “denied”, so I tried again. The second payment went through — but in the end I was charged twice and received two accounts.

I am only using one account.
The second account was never activated or used. According to their own policy, unused accounts should be refundable.

Since then, I’ve been chasing customer support for months.
Instead of addressing my actual request for a refund, I only receive copy-paste responses explaining what an account purchase is — which has nothing to do with my question.

I clearly stated multiple times that I want a refund for the second, unused account, but support completely ignores this and sends generic replies with no solution.

This is very frustrating and feels unprofessional.
If refunds are advertised, they should also be honored — especially when the account was never activated.

I cannot recommend this seller due to poor customer support and lack of proper communication.
