I purchased a lifetime deal with Ketteb and had credits available on the original platform. Since the new platform update, all of my LTD credits have disappeared. I have emailed support multiple times and never received a single reply. It genuinely feels like there is no support at all.
What makes this worse is that even after sending proof of purchase, nothing has been restored and no explanation has been given. Yet I still receive their marketing emails encouraging me to buy more lifetime deal credits. That is pretty frustrating when I am simply asking for the credits I already paid for to be honoured.
I would much rather have access to the original LTD credits I purchased than be pushed to spend more money. At the moment, the lack of communication and lost credits makes this feel very unfair and disappointing.
