I paid for a years open access. From day 1 the course doesn't save. I've restarted my first course a few times. Ive contacted them. Thry say its fixed, then the same thing happens again. This has been ongoing for weeks. Asked for a full refund. I got told they'd fix it. They haven't. Absolutely disgusting.
