Give Sonya a raise!
After discovering the day before our cruise that we had correctly booked our complimentary parking, you can imagine the panic! With zero expectations, I rang CPS and spoke with the lovely Sonya who went above and beyond to help us. I also want to thank the Parking Manager also who has helped us first time cruisers avert disaster and ensure the trip doesn't begin with additional cost, anxiety and frustration!
