I purchased a code wallet, that wasn't working correctly. I advised support of my dilemma and I will say it took a minute but they did make it right and the wallet I received was everything I hoped for. Love it, I actually purchased an add on as I carry more cards and need the extra space. The products arrived rather quickly very impressed overall
