Nasty Attitude

I called CAA to get a membership card I have been a member since 2003 and then added my daughter in 2013 . Anyway she misplaced her card and I wanted to replace it . When I called , I finally got on line with a woman and explained the situation . She asked my address . In a very hostile manner , she stated that was not the address on file . I told her that the bills do arrive at home and I do pay for them .She asked for my name and email address about 3 times , with a lot sighing and aggressive questioning . Throughout the “ interviewing “she was very impatient when I was responding to her questions and seemed to want to give me hard time . I am really upset with the treatment and attitude I got from this customer service person . Totally disappointed with CAA
