Looked promising at first but the cracks showed within the first week. The loyalty program is a joke. Deposited thousands over 5 months and my rewards amount to a handful of free spins on the lowest variance slots. Their support hours are supposedly 24/7 but every time I try outside European business hours the chat is offline. When online the wait is over 15 minutes. I have never written a review before but this experience was bad enough.
