Price was excellent, directions specific and got me to the right place. Left the car, handed over my keys and was taken immediately to the terminal. I like the fact that they offer drop off at the short stay car parks (no additional fee) or drop off at the terminal which costs the LHR charge (which is fair). Telephoned on my return and was picked up within 15 minutes - car was there waiting for me.
