From our initial first contact with Hammonds Furniture the whole experience has been first class. Our designer Mick Kennedy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and guiding helping us to select what would work for our needs. The surveyor Jason Spencer again very knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. Responded quickly to questions I had about the newel and how best to trim it to fit with the understairs storage unit. We were kept informed and together an agreed installation date was set. John Thompson was our installer, again prior to the date he was in touch confirming start time access to our house. On arrival he informed us that a door panel had been damaged and order a new door and confirmed a replacement date. John himself was again a pleasant and highly capable trades person. He worked efficiently and left no mess. Hammonds contacted us reference the door change and John came on the day as arranged. Again he quickly and efficiently replaced the door and went through all the doors to do a final alignment. Very impressed with the whole operation would 100% recommend to anyone to use Hammonds a great team Thank you to all.
