Maurice handled my technical issue and I have a lot to say about him.
Maurice stands for:
Management.
Actions.
Understanding.
Reliable.
Intelligent.
Comforting.
Empathy.
He was brilliant picked up my call and I wished he was the first team member at Gigaclear to process my call.
The first call handling was so bad it set me up for the second call which was actually the first time Gigaclear handled it correctly. The first call response was a waste of my time and their time - I would check your processes Gigaclear for call handling and processing there is a fundamental issue.
However lets get back to Maurice, he gave me time and I guess shared the information he was allowed to share - the gap you have three options.
- get emotional and heated.
- believe in gigwaclear which can be hard.
- what is what is.
When things went wrong after the call with Maurice I started to go back to emotions... and yet I hoped gigwaclear were actually working on it.
Then suddenly Monday night its working after call with Maurice on Friday.
And today Maurice called me to check how it was working.
Gigaclear - Promote Maurice or make him a customer champion - he fills the gaps in your marketing, support process and customer interaction.
