The guys at Southbourne Removals have moved me a couple of times now, in and out of a rental during a big house renovation. They are always efficient, polite and take the stress out of what is often a stressful time. I have also had them help with storage and they've always been very responsive even if I've only needed a few items.

As we parked using a parking app with multiple vehicles registered on there we mistakenly used the wrong car reg. The parking fee was paid correctly for the time used. Made an appeal but not upheld. Insisted on a £20 reduced fee or suffer the original fee of £60 then £100 if not paid within the time.
Absolute charletons.......genuine mistake and the parking was paid for so they benefit from an admin mistake and not non payment of parking!!!!! It shouldnt be allowed.

As above......my hanging rail and chrome shelving unit arrived a day early. The product was quick and easy to assemble and look really smart in my cloak cupboard

Wrong item sent twice. Items in the pictures are not always the ones that they send or have in stock - shower tray in my instance. I needed one with the waste in a particular place (per pic) but it was not in stock and nobody says. Real hassle sending things back and obviously at your own cost. Looks like nice items and if I could collect or see beforehand I'm sure it would be fine. Delivery times are not bad though.
