To all those who were caught up in the follow up subscription problems with this company.
Please be persistent, I received my refund of £49.99 from the company. I remain doubtful of their operating model and their customer service.
However, money is back with me, lesson learnt, would not use the company to provide a service.
I hope this posts helps others in same position.

I was also caught up in this Scam, I have engaged with them to attempt to recover the unauthorized sum of £49.99.
I continue to seek the recovery, however I believe the emails are AI generated.
I hope the posts prevent other people being caught in the Scam
I have, after maintaining dialogue with their customer services Dept, which I still believe to be deliver by AI, received notification that I will get a full refund.
I had declined offers of 30%, then 50%, I hope this assists other who are in the same circumstance.
My opinion of the Company has not changed

I have just experienced the same scam as many users have already recorded on here. My bank flagged a concern on the £49.99 bill I explained I had not agreed and the payment was declined. Reverse came back immediately and I find this one slipped through. I have raised with my bank and following their advice. Please do not fall for the trap ‘The Reverse Lookup Company’ use
