Tom Wood is abusing their hype to produce very poor quality for a very overrated price. I paid 449 eur for a silver ring. I have rings I bought in a market for 12 eur that look better than this ring. I did a claim and they are not accepting it saying that is normal use, which is not. I only used the ring for 1 hour and it was completely scratched. Shame. Don't buy anything !

No solo censuran todos mis comentarios en las redes sociales y todos los comentarios negativos, sino que me cobran 14 eur por devolver un producto del cual ya pagué 25 eur para su envío. Sklum no teneis valores, integridad y encima censurais. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA COMO CONSUMIDORA

Pedí dos sillas el 5 de diciembre. Me llegó el pedido el 17 de diciembre y faltaba una silla (a pesar de haber pagado 25 eur de porte). Tras perder minutos al telefono y en su web con reclamaciones (con cosas absurdas como que me piden fotos de la silla que no me ha llegado. Se la pinto?), finalmente me mandaron la segunda silla el 28 de diciembre (casi un mes más tarde). Cuando me dispongo a proceder con su devolución porque ya no la quiero, me ponen muchos problemas. Me rechazan la devolución. Otra vez minutos al telefono.. NO COMPREIS EN SKLUM es una pesadilla. Hay otras empresas como ellos que fabrican en china y ofrecen los mismos productos con mejor servicio.
Debería haber cambios en la organización de Sklum porque funcionan fatal, a mi me daría verguenza tener que atender tanta gente descontenta.

J'ai acheté une anorac il ya un mois et n'ont toujours pas reçu mon colis ou une réponse quand je le reçois, mais je suis devenu! Je suis très en colère!
