I ordered & paid and had confirmation. Then heard nothing. I chased it up few days later to be told the item was out of stock but now they had stock so would send it that day. When things like this happen need communication had I of received a email to explain would have been fine but having to chase things yourself is not great.

Very over priced. Long Stay car park is awful! cheap nasty gravel no markings for spaces, and awful uneven road conditions especially early morning or night when dark trying to pull luggage etc.
The airport has become so greedy they should hang their heads in shame way they rip you off for everything.
You are over charged for everything it really is disgraceful.

Communication dreadful. You get so many excuses from Covid to we only do admin one day a week and empty promises to get back to you. Such a shame as Toni who came to do my garden in March was great but Becky obviously cannot cope with managing the diary. I have now found someone else professional!
They took photos of the future work I wanted yet impossible to arrange anything. If too busy to take work on should be honest and say so not just string you along for months/weeks. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Regarding date of experience this was the date of my last message yet again asking to be booked in and yet again no reply and was ignored you get an automated response then you get ignored!. If you call you get oh sorry I’ll call you back… that was 3 months ago!.

Nice gym & staff, class timings not great some classes just 30 mins when same class 45. And frequency of classes erratic. Spin classes would be great as classes on offer all very similar. I hope this improves as I only do classes so won’t continue with membership if no improvements this year. Either increase timings so people can do back to back classes or make them longer so it’s worth while fighting the traffic to get there! More good classes during day please.

5 * is for the beds as I love them.
However the delivery service let it down.
The boxes looked like had been stored down a coal mine they were filthy. Just had brand new carpets fitted and a new build house so everything they touched was covered in black stuff walls included. I asked the delivery people to be careful they didn’t care and said as such ‘we just deliver’ was the response. So as much as I like the beds I’d never use company again based on their deliveries and attitude.

You need to know what your buying as colours in pictures are poor. I only buy products I know of most make up colours are now discontinued.
