All went well. Order arrived in a good condition, also product is working good.
In general i am satisfied.
Only one small remark: the handling of order could be a bit faster.

Useless customer service, terrible service, making a lot of mistakes by sending wrong articles

I am a client of Zalando-Lounge for more than a year, and laterly (about 2 month) their service became incredibly bad.
In the last few weeks i received 3 wrong articles in 3 different orders.
I had to wait 2 weeks until they make the refund for 2 wrong articles.
And for the last wrong article i still didnt get my money back.
I am waiting already for 3 weeks, i an sending emails every week, and i am calling customer service every other 3-5 days to check for any news. But the customer service is such a useless department.
They always reply: "we sent a message to our colleagues and we are waiting for their reply, we cannot do anything more."
That is so annoying, because Zalando-Louge doesnt take it's cutomers serious.
When i place the order, they debit my credit card immediatley the same hour. But when it comes to refund, it takes ages for them to accept their mistake and make the refund.

Me and my husband are thinking now to quit from buying anything from Zalando-Louge.
It is really pitty, because we used to buy from them almost every week.
There are more similar web-sites and me and my husband will switch any time soon.

I also advise to send a complain letter to the Head Office of Zalando-Louge in Germany.
If all unhappy customers send letter to the head office maybe the service will improve.

It also would be helpfull to give the link of this web-site to the head office, so that they could read all reviews and be aware of the service.
