I actually want to speak to another human being, not on chat, where you can't get the answers from the people you talk to on the other end and I still can't get the answers I'm looking for, which is why I'm thinking of cancelling.

I have been waiting over 2 months now for my refund from Studio of £303.99 when I was told refunds are issued within 7-10 business days.
I been chasing this refund every day, since Evri damaged my television and it had to be returned, I was told 7-10 business days, but there has been no return on my credit card, in the last Two months.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS IS TAKING SO LONG, AND WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE CREDITED BACK ONTO MY CREDIT CARD.

I found this company on a website search, the whole service and experience has been excellent 10/10 I received my item within 24 hours which I thought was brilliant, I'll definitely be using this company again.
I received a really good service from Melody Maison, I spoken with customer services, and had a good experience with them, everything they said, they did. I was very impressed with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I think if it wasn't for the good causes the money goes to this is just another way of going money from people. Waste of time again
