Bad service

I actually want to speak to another human being, not on chat, where you can't get the answers from the people you talk to on the other end and I still can't get the answers I'm looking for, which is why I'm thinking of cancelling.

We have removed our phone line; using email allows us to respond quickly and efficiently, and support more of our pack members each day. We're still here to help and will always be available via email between 10 am and 4 pm Monday - Friday.

Your customer dashboard is available 24/7, too, allowing you to make changes to your subscription at any time. We're working hard to make more improvements behind the scenes.

We can see that you were last in touch by email several months ago, and your subscription has been renewed each month as expected.

Evri have lost Two of my Parcels - Absolutely Terrible Never Use Them

I have been waiting over 2 months now for my refund from Studio of £303.99 when I was told refunds are issued within 7-10 business days.

I been chasing this refund every day, since Evri damaged my television and it had to be returned, I was told 7-10 business days, but there has been no return on my credit card, in the last Two months.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS IS TAKING SO LONG, AND WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE CREDITED BACK ONTO MY CREDIT CARD.

I dream to dream

I wish that just ordinary people like me would win something like this, it's always well to do people that win these things. My partner and I have been together 11 years and we have lost 4 babies due to miscarriages, she now has mental health problems, to win something like this would be a dream come true. Everything seems to go wrong for us, it's so disheartening seeing well off people win dream homes and cars, when does a ordinary person win this???
