The team at Uxbridge were really helpful earlier this week. They spent time with my clients and mr going through the different work top options for their new shower room. Stacey sorted us with a decent price also.

I found the steamer I was looking for really easily. The description was concise. Price was good and a really quick delivery time!

As usual I was welcomed by all of the staff. Jas, the designer made time for me to draw up a plan for a small kitchen installation. We went through all the colour options etc and then he priced it. Flooring samples were provided no charge. I have since confirmed the order.

Parcel arrived during the quoted time frame. All good!

The ability to track the delivery driver throughout the day was very good. A phone call or text when you are the next delivery would be even better.

Howdens are a great company. Their products are good and well priced. The staff, especially at Greenford, are friendly and helpful.

The blinds ordering website was simple to use. The prices were keen. Range good. Quick next day delivery...perfect. A slight issue with the operating chord being a little short for the size of blind ordered. One email to customer service and Chloe had it sorted...new chord on its way. Excellent service!

I think TS are great! Staff especially at the Uxbridge branch are always friendly n helpful. Stock levels sometimes let you down...its the way of the world at present I believe. Online ordering n click n collect work really well.
