Problem with a leak on our toilet so reported it and had plumber come out the very next day. Fast, friendly and efficient work done. Informed of what the problem was and how the plumber was going to fix it. He was polite and very professional and left no mess on completion of the work.

I highlighted my mistake regards the Electric meter submission that I made, by entering one digit wrong, which meant I had used over £1200 in one month instead of £30+ I normally use. Sean dealt with, and quickly corrected, the overpayment issue on my account, so that I was in the black and not paying for energy I clearly had not used. Made a stressful situation go away for me and quickly.

Good installation despite some hurdles on the day. Excellent boiler, as house now noticeably warmer than with old one. Smaller physical unit takes up a hell of a lot less space making it easier to access etc. what’s not to like.

What can I say. Had a replacement screen put in due to a bad crack from a stone hitting it, only for the fitter to say it had a fault in it that he had noticed while doing the final clean and it would need to be replaced again. When I looked for the fault, I struggled to see it. Talk about professionalism. Well impressed. Came the following week and put another in.
