Staff were friendly. Made 11am booking to fit 2 new tyres. It was a cold morning was told they were staff down & they only have 1 fitting bay so would be about 35 minutes after they finished the vehicle that was in. Why make bookings if they cannot control. It’s the computer! Why take bookings for this branch?
Good selection of branded & budget products with ratings. I knew how much I'd pay fully fitted, no need for further "extras" that some push at additional cost! Having selected my tyre I could select from a number of fitting companies and choose by location for convenience or distance, then book an appointment time/day. The company I chose is well known nationally but don't advertise the brand I chose which had better ratings than their own. Web site easy to use and pay. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Used click & collect. Web site system was easy to use. Was notified the order had been received & again when order ready to collect. Picked it up at Collection desk, lady was pleasant an efficient. What more can anyone ask?
Ordering process very easy and quick. Delivery took longer than expected. There were 5 items as usual but 3 were waiting for stock. However as this has happened before I have to try to allow and request early, but not within a few days of receipt as your reminders suggest!

I use Trust Pilot when I'm looking for new services or suppliers. Sometimes they confirm the advertisers claims. Others may be just the opposite. Saves me making that decision which I may regret for a long expensive time! I always suggest checking Trust Pilot to do friends & relatives who are trying a change.
Good short time turnaround. I don't understand why when my GP issues a script for 5 items, that echo sends me 2 seperate emails. 1st asking which ones I want of 2.then another the nxt day which of the other 3 that I want? They do send plenty of reminders about various things. It's sometimes confusing.

It sounds like your items have been sent through to us by your GP on multiple prescriptions. This is sometimes necessary if you require more items as electronic prescriptions can only hold up to 4 items. These are then processed on a script by script basis which can result in the split deliveries/emails you have described. We understand that this is not ideal, and have put a new system in place which means as many prescriptions as possible will be sent out together.

A bit of a chore trying to get the medications on the list and be able to make one request. I find it easy to request what I want by phone call to a local number and then GO sends it to Echo. Disappointed that I was told had to wait 10 days to get one of my tablets. I've been on this quite a while and never had a problem before.

Medications section 💊 Select Add + to start creating or add to your medication list When you are ready to make a request, you can do this by going to the:
Requests section Make a request for the medication you require ✅
We always advise our patients to make their requests 5-7 days before their current batch of medication runs out. this gives time for the GP to send the prescription to us and for royal mail to deliver the medication to our patients.
Alternatively, We have no problem with you making your requests through your GP to which they then send us the prescription. We are willing to accommodate the process that is easier for you.
This questionnaire is not appropriate as due to coronavirus guidelines we were not supposed to travel and had to cancel and rearrange a later booking. Therefore it was cancelled nearly 2 weeks before due to teavel. Trying to get through to Sykes proved difficult. But eventually a clearer notice was put on the web site. Expect this was due to many others doing the same!
Have bought a 2 night stay. As the deal was ending that day I had to act quick. However I think my internet was having problems or the sight but it took much longer than expected to complete the purchase. Will have to see how the booking goes.
Had the free allday time slot and advised 3.30 - 7.30 and I would be advised when fitter was on the way. They (2 men seperate vans) arrived at 5.00, no txt rec'd as was told phone broken. Good job I didn't go out! Fitters were friendly and 2 tyres done in 20 mins. Darren and Dave were therefore efficient. Best price I found with £10 off 2 Goodyears.

Used F1 Autocentre. Nottingham for an mot. 1st one for this car, but have used them with other cars for years. Always had good service. This one no exception. Done on time. No hassle good honest job at a discount price, no pressure to do work like some places I've heard of. I recommend them to anyone.oi
