Received my single night lark duvet on time and well packaged. I bought the 10.5 tog all year round duvet, however having been used to a wool duvet and linen duvet cover I found this one strangely light and “slippery” feeling. It is a warm duvet and as others have mentioned, good for caravans/camping; but as a regular use duvet on my bed I’m afraid it’s slipperiness was too off putting so I have reverted to my wool duvet, and the cat is relieved by my decision.

The App. crashed repeatedly when I arrived at the Tesco charger in Ayr with only 18 miles left on my car. I was getting slightly frantic as the weather was very stormy and I needed to get my car charged.
In the end I contacted the Pod Point Supportteam and Sam was very calm and helpful advising me to deleted the App and then re-install it, and even offering to stay on the line whilst I did so.
I followed Sam’s advice and it worked!
Re-installing the App on my phone did the trick and I was able to use the pod point charger without issue.
I have also received supportive emails to check that I have been able to use the app since registering my issue.

I had tried to order the Lavander and Geranium but it was out of stock; I shouldn’t have worried. The Aloe Vera is delightful. It does not dry my mature skin out and has a delightful mild but enjoyable citrus scent.
My family uses this without complaint or dissent, which is also a plus 😊

Great tights, comfy, exactly the right colour as needed for school.
Nice and long too so no need to heave away at the waistband to make them fit.
Have washed perfectly too, no shrinkage.
