Ozzay is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He offered a brilliant service and kept in touch all the time. Really thorough with the inspection and delivery. Would 100% recommend.

Surprise delivery

I was on the boohoo website and bought two dresses and they were very see through but it was a night out party so it was unnoticeable because it was dark. I recommend to stop using skinny people as the models because it makes you feel a bit horrible and the sizes aren't accurate because it's skinny people in particular that are the models for clothing. But material and quality of the dresses were good ❤️

I am really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service and I can assure you that it is never our intention to anger or upset our customers in any way.

I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the fit of some of our products, however please kindly note our products are sourced from different manufacturers, therefore size variations may occur with different style clothing.

I have passed along your comments on our models and pictures to the relevant teams and these are ideas we may look to implement in the future.

We advise that it can take up to 21 days for the refund process to be complete and the majority of our refunds are processed much sooner, as all refunds are processed as soon as the items are received back at our warehouse.

Once again, thank you for providing your feedback we really appreciate this.

I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
