Gret experience

It was easy to sign up, and the process was simple.
Everything was explained well, and in plant of time.
The lady (and her daughter) were lovely, helpful and friendly.
I really enjoyed the mousey workshop and I'll certainly join another in the future.

The spa great. Customer service not.

The spa itself was great. Worked well, easy to set up. Very economical to run.

Delivery and customer service was awful.

I paid extra for a prompt delivery, which didn't happen. When I chased them it took over two hours of hanging on hold before I spoke to someone, even then they couldn't tell me why it hadn't been delivered as promised, or when it was likely to even be delivered. Not happy.
It eventually arrived almost two weeks after agreed date.
I did eventually get a refund for the additional prompt delivery charge, but never any apology. "It's our busy time of year".

The mattress is absolutely lovely!
Clearly well made, it is so comfy and has given me a great night's sleep.
I'm happy to know how environmentally friendly it is, too.

Awful service (product's great).

Product great (Barbados Spa, economical, easy to set up and use - great). Your service is amongst the worst I've ever received - you let me down at almost every step...
You did not acknowledge my order at all, so after 48 hours I had to call you to confirm you'd received it.
When I called it took over an hour for an actual person to answer, goodness only knows how much it's cost me. Person on the phone was polite and helpful.
You promised delivery within a time-frame and failed to do that.
You then confirmed delivery on a [later] certain date, but delivered two days early (pure luck I was in on that day).
You delivered each item separately, so four vans came to my house, two on the same day, none was on the agreed day.
You then sent me an email to confirm my order, two days AFTER it had been delivered. I would have rung you to check it wouldn't come twice but I was not going to sit for an hour again.
Will NOT recommend. Will NOT use you again.

Thank you for your review.

We are happy to hear you have received all your items but apologise for the delivery experience. We have since found and fixed the bug, that had caused the order and dispatch confirmation emails to not be sent automatically, which is likely why this would have been sent to you later.

I apologise for the delay in responding to your calls. Even though we hire more staff, the wait times do become longer over peak period. This has been compounded by many of our staff having to self-isolate to protect the rest of us. We do try to advise the wait times in our automated emails and on the phone lines.

I can see that there were only two consignments, for the two orders placed with us, so I'm not sure how or why this would have been split up further.

Kitchen fine but fitting work poor.

The kitchen itself is fine but the fitter they sent was not good. I have complained to wickes three times about the work that has been done to a poor standard, and some promised work not done at all. I've been promised a call from a manager but had no contact for ten days so far.
