I purchased a trolley from Druids which has a problem with the front wheel, in essence the trolley pulls to one side constantly resulting in me having to expend effort in getting it to move in a straight line. I contacted Druids and was told I could receive a credit note as it was under warranty.
The correspondence then went quite until I chased.
I was then told I had to package it up and prepare for it to be collected for repair! I advised that after 4 weeks I was now completely disillusioned with Druids and just wanted a refund.
6 weeks later and I am still asking for a refund only to be told I have to find a way of packaging up a faulty item to send it back to Druids for them to repair and send back to me. Absolutely shocking customer service.
I support the small businesses wholeheartedly but Druids customer service team really have no idea about ' customer service ' and keeping the customer at the centre of everything they do.
Would never buy anything from them again.

Great course, really well maintained not too long but a few tight holes to challenge even the good golfer.
The food is excellent, our 2 evening meals were outstanding, way above what you would expect on a golf weekend.
The only feedback would be that the main hotel bar needed at least 3 staff, there was one poor guy doing everything and one helper every now and again.
All 20 of us said that we would go again.
