OK I have made a few mistakes on placing a number of orders based on development logistics. But to be able to correct them and get the increased volumes and additions the next day is satisfying and they have a great range of sensibly priced stock.

Well I went for the fairly basic mat and grey edging for my wife's car - not a run of the mill model - existing ones were dangerous and slipping forward under pedals. What arrived in reasonable time was so much better than I expected and at a price for a bespoke product probably better that a generic high street one size doesn't fit all, off the shelf. Pop down fittings / eyelets were spot on and this simple cheap purchase has made the car feel so much smarter and better - THANK YOU!

OK the order was from across the pond (well Ireland to England) so I expected a bit of a delay in delivery, but no - near as anything exactly 24 hours order to receipt - don't know how they do it. Product itself significantly cheaper that other comparable (probably the same product so well happy.

Fair price and as for delivery - watch out Amazon. Ordered late pm received 8am next day. Friendly, considerate, presentable driver with no communication problems

Ordered Wed am a clumsy and awkward to handle long length of 160mm drainage pipe. Hoped for delivery within a week - amazed to hear the drive alarm go off at 7am the next day with a quiet (save for alarm) delivery - hope my dishevelled appearance at the bedroom window did not traumatise the driver too much! Good price - good product and strong competition for Amazon in delivery times!

1. they publicise how they made all call centre operative UK based by 2020 ahead of schedule and there is much on the web verifying this, but nothing showing that they have gone back to their old ways of using Indian Call Centres at all but slave rates.

2. Spent 40 hours in pain trying to speak to someone about being charged £40 on a bill that did not exist on show up despite being told I had a new bill. Got nowhere other than a sudden mass of 14 emails saying my Static IP order had been placed (never placed one) already had a static IP.

3.Then an email saying that my password had changed - again never requested.

4. Asked numerously for a copy of their complaints procedure - a legal right but they refused to provide. Found one on the web but the links in it did not work.

5. In some 40+ phone calls all were foreign based call centres - really struggled to hear or understand, and was cut off 25% of the time when they could not or did not want to answer a topic.

6. They do not deserve the right to use the word British in their name they should be required to change this! It gives false hope and misrepresentation.

OK I had hoped for the great British PROMISE - ie delivery tomorrow but not which tomorrow. You however decided in your wisdom to deliver earlier than expected - the result - I had hoped for a weekend / Christmas period, off, but ended up fighting roofing sheets in the wind up a 5m ladder, - its ok it was the weekend H&S no where to be seen! However job done, 30 x 6 m lean to erected and clad, and no movement in the recent 50 mph storm despite a sleepless night. Would I use you again? EVERY TIME!

ordered a number of items with guaranteed next day delivery, next day shows failed delivery attempt yet CCTV (20 cameras) show this to be a lie, chat says conflicting advice and very unhelpful but promises will be with me tomorrow, next day nothing, day latter ring Amazon and speak to a person who might as well have been a recording ask to be put through to a manager, now been hanging on endlessly to awful music with no indication of any connection to a manager. I paid more for next day delivery, pay more for Prime, and now am tied up 24/7 for 2 weeks so cant use the pressure washer extension to clean the roof (if it arrives) till then by which time the weather will have changed no doubt so wont be able to paint the roof, in the brief period the premises are empty. The spin off is horrific apart from which I hung around all Sunday waiting for the promised delivery missing out on my first planned dinghy racing this year which I was looking forward to and in such glorious weather. Amazon you suck and the £5 compensation you offered is an insult, you have cost me potentially thousands and clearly don't care.

After many years of struggling with my small chain saw which I could never get to run right, I in desperation decided to get another small one, a Stihl this time. FR Jones were by far the cheapest and so I ordered one, what I did not expect was delivery within 24 hours of placing the order, and also a spare chain and "fancy" chain sharpener, (will probably stick to my try and tested method all the same). Have used FR Jones and Sons before and can find no reason not to use them again in the future.

But, a great company and they do what the name suggests and have dug me out of a number of holes with their competitive pricing and prompt delivery.

But the service and product justifies it in this case. Managed to put it together in under two hours with help of 11 year old daughter (instructions say 2 hours for 2 adults) and this included lifting it up to the first floor on a tractor. due to access issues. Easy instructions if you read them and good sound mechanical design. Service from supplier first rate, knew when to expect it, and kept up to date including advice on small erratum in instructions. Would certainly use them again.
