Products were not in good condition which give. They’re supposed to be new is dreadful. The white polo had dirty marks on it.
The fact that you have to pay postage both to receive and return goods adds insult to injury. Not happy!

Very disappointing experience. Was promised £2,500 by one member of staff but when I returned the offer was £1,800. Eventually was offered £2,100 which still means that my 82 year old Father received £400 less than he was originally promised. What really annoys me is that when I called the first staff member he assured me that he’d made the necessary bits on the system but as it turned out he clearly hadn’t. I certainly won’t be using this service again.
