Review of Onnoa
I bought the Smartimer Pro and been very impressed with it. Yes it is more expensive and has a steeper learning curve than other intervalometers but it has an excellent feature set and works seamlessly with the iOS App.
On a couple of occasions I have contacted Onnoa for advice and they have been very helpful.
Review of DHL
Dreadful! Email and SMS received at 9:30 to say parcel would be delivered in the pm and that I had to be there to sign for it, fair enough. 10 minutes later email says they have updated my information and the parcel would be delivered 2 days later?? Why do reputable companies use this shower?

Great lenses but UK Customer Service are hopeless. Don't reply to emails and if you do manage to get through on the phone they sound like they're half asleep or just come back from a heavy lunch.
Just an update - As requested I reached out to Matt by email and guess what? it went unanswered so no surprises there. By the way who's this chap Robert?

I bought B12 and the Magnesium capsules. Ordering process was easy and the items arrived promptly but I found the B12 less effective that an alternative I get from Amazon and I saw no benefit from the magnesium.

I've bought a few items recently. The goods are always of high quality and the delivery and returns service is excellent. Direct sale prices are more expensive than retailers but Montane usually have discount codes available which make them competitive.

Good selection and easy to order but the delivery was slower than the best of the competition. I will use again but only if the item isn't something I need quickly.

I know that free delivery and returns is a draw to other online retailers but when the prices are as as good as these and the delivery charge is at least spent on a quality courier I have no problem paying a delivery charge. All other aspects of the purchase were without fault. I'll definitely use Uttings again.
