Wouldn't even give them 1 star but I couldn't write a review without doing that. Would not touch them with a barge pole, spent thousands of pounds on an outdoor kitchen and they mucked us around with delays and delivery, I waited in all morning and called up and they said the delivery had been cancelled but if I hadn't called they wouldn't have let me know. Then when they finally deliver, it is a curb side delivery, they will not take into the back garden, so the guy that delivered had a trolley to deliver to the curb yet I am expected to carry to transport on my own into the garden. The rude lady when I called said it's on our website that we only do a curb side delivery. I have never known this when you spend thousands of pounds on furniture and equipment they just dump it outside on the curb.

The engineer was absolutely brilliant. Knew exactly what he was doing, was polite and explained everything and filled me with confidence.

I ordered a few hundred pounds of children clothes. I have returned 2 items for refund out of the order and I am still waiting for a refund or any acknowkedgement in over 2 weeks. I have tried to call, emailed and had no response. Prior to this I wouldnt have hesitated to use Alexa and Alexa again but I will be making sure everyone knows how bad the serivce is.

Thanks for your reply Damon, I have received an email about the refund but I would like to know how you come to the amount as it is short of what I should be refunded? I returned the Ralph Lauren shirt and hugo boss shirts. The shirt alone is £55 and I only have a refund of £71?
