Used parking before so aware routine. Eventually found a space and after drop off key, a short wait to be taken to terminal. Return was Sunday night so a little wait for shuttle bus as only one person on duty but still went reasonably well. Good value for covered parking.

After a year with Policy Expert it was a pleasant change to be offered renewal terms at a lower and competitive rate on similar terms for the house and contents insurance.

Usual Sykes communication with details following booking. Unfortunately shortly after making this booking due to circumstances beyond our control we had to change the date of the booking by one week which was accommodated fairly promptly but at a small cost which was irritating but that is business! Otherwise went smoothly

The wine choice was fine. The delivery was in this instance a shambles. Delivered many times but on this occasion informed could not find address!!! Weird.

Easy to navigate the web site to find the required OS map and submit order. Prompt delivery.

A simple search of house insurance which produced a choice of similar policies with reasonable premiums for consideration. A few being more attractive then existing terms offered so could make a change without any problems

Opening and setting up the ISA account was straight forward including the transfer which worked seamlessly

A week in Santa Ponsa Majorca. Great location and not to far transfer from airport with Jet 2. Hotel was adult only although bar and restaurant allowed general public which was not a problem. Good private pool to rear which was not over crowded as hotel only 56 rooms. All facilities close by with goodvhoice of restaurants and bars. Very close to beach was a bonus. Would recommend for a week and staff very accommodating.

Located a pack of Fire Angel smoke detectors at Tool Station . easy to order and collect. Good value as well

Selecting the hifi unit was simple and pick up in store straight forward. Only issue was to see the unit before purchase and had to visit a larger store as did not have in smaller local store. For a compact panel cd player and radio the sound quality is very good

Product good but communication not so good. Folding chair very comfortable.

Onnline estate agents for hpuse sales seems to be the way forward as more search on the internet for a house anf we acheived plenty of interest which resulted in a sale.

This was a new experience and convenient way of replacing tyres at a great cost. Booking a time slot was good but would have preferred an earlier time but understand problems with traffic early mornings. Everything went smoothly but for a failed locking nut but the guys sorted the problem to fit the tyres. Did mean extra expense for new locking nuts but not fault of fitters. Would recommend and use again
