Refund

Compare your parking do not have customer service skills, my flight was cancelled because of the war so I could not go on holiday. I did not cancel my parking I had to cancel as I could not fly and they woukd not offer a refund, some sort of money back or credit note. I will never use this service again . I got a refund from airport and accommodation to Dubai. They have to change their options when it out of the customer hands. Also still waiting for a reply to my email.

After ordering from you Hermes said

After ordering from you Hermes said they tried to deliver twice which is untrue and when I rang you up to explain I want to still have the items I found you were no help to me. Staying I can get a refund when I want the items . This is not customer service.

Thank you for your review.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order as of yet.

I have checked the system and can see that the order was placed on the 6th February and despatched the same day.

Upon looking into the tracking it shows that was due to deliver on both the 9th and 10th February however was unable to due to access issues to the property. They will reattempt delivery again.

If you no longer want the items then of course we can request the parcel be returned and action a refund. If you do still want the items then we can query with our courier to get a further update on the next attempt.
