We arrived back to a queue of about 30 people waiting in cold wind at 9pm, no bus showed up for about 20 mins. In the meantime two or three other large bright coaches appeared for another park. Finally a mini van arrived, obviously far too small. Some people walked to the roundabout with an elected driver gling on the bus. The driver allowed as many to stand as he cd pack in. Not very safe. He told us there was only one van and he would return. We were standing passengers. When we arrived he then had been tasked with handing out the keys, why not the office? This delayed his return to rescue the others by at least ten minutes. He was extremely pleasant but the service generally was hopeless and frustrating. I will use sentinel next time unless park to travel get their act together. They have all the flight detsils and know exactly how many they ate collecting. One small mini bus???

Joe arrived within the estimated time, he was polite, well turned out and very efficiently used thermal imaging to source a leak from the under the floor which turned out to be coming from the WC.

I spoke to Sunny about my trip to Sri lanka, calcutta and Himalayas via Bagdogra.
