Fantastic!

Fantastic! Came pretty quick even tho is was Black Friday and a UK postal strike! Would defo order again
Also customer service are outstanding come back to you with a very quick response!

Disgusted with the awful service.

I thought I would book my flights through yourselves but since the day I booked them I have had nothing but problems.

Firstly you took double payments out of my account, then after phone calls to my bank and phone calls to yourself to find out what had gone on, I was then told that one of the transactions will be transferred to me within 4 days, you are quick enough to take it out of my account but it isn't really acceptable for you to be holding my money for these days.

I then looked at my phone bill and I have been charged an extortionate amount of money for calling you to sort out a problem that you have caused.

I am absolutely disgusted with this service because for a £157 flight that I was originally booking, it has cost me £359, although I have no received the extra £157 that was taken out of my account.

I will never book with you again, and defiantly will not be recommending you to others.

I would appricate if I received a reply as I looked for a direct email address, but you don't seem to have one.
