Not trusted shop

Not trusted shop at all. First at all, before purchase the item it is written Buy, not pre -order. They are playing on it for sure.
I have read reviews and it is very low trusted online shop from beginning, but still some people writes also a good. My wife really wanted one type of shoes so much, so a thought it would be nice present for Christmas. So I placed order before Christmas and of course before placing order I wrote email with asking delivery day. Delivery day 5 weeks form order day, so it is after Christmas, no problem I go further, after I placed order I got email that shoes be ready after 8 weeks. I wrote email again with asking whats is wrong, few minutes it was 5 weeks, now 8 weeks. So they confirm 8 januray, after 20 january, after 12 February. Non senses at all, looks like I ordering something special from another side of the world. Keeping telling that COVID 19 and has plenty orders. I personally do not care about how many orders you have. If it is going very well you suppose get more people to keep your business running or not writing rubbish emails...
if shoes are not ready 12 February I will start Paypal claim procedure and will report to local authorities for scamming.

Happy

I have received package in good order and fast delivery, but unfortunately the ring was to big and I have requested free exchange as mentioned on Abelstedt website.

Took some time to receive my replacement, but it was due to shipping problem, the package arrived to wrong pickup point. Abelstedt shipped out a third ring and as a compensation we have received a very nice present too.

Finally we were very happy with product and shop service.

Bad service

Bad service. Difficult to communicate. Not to all emails reply. They are not us they advertise them self.

Short story: Opened dispute for 360 euro. won the case and have been requested to send back parcel. I did next day. DHL delayed my parcel and did not updated tracking number. Paypal has closed my claim because tracking number invalid. No any question, nothing, just close without possibility to open.
By several calls and email they promise to open case as soon the package arrives to his destination. At the end they claim that it is my mistake I have delivered to parcel shop to late. They thing I am stupid. I can write all day about this story, but this paypal already stolen enough my private time. The system is very bad and difficult. If I do the same job as they do on my job. I and my family would starve.

PS. before opening dispute try to solve the problem with seller

I have made order for new Xiaomi note 2 64gb black. I made fault by ordering from China warehouse instead EU warehuse. The problem was solve very quickly. They change delivery from EU and I needed to pay extra money for delivery. This is great news, fast service.
Now dark side...
I have received after few days phone well packed and delivered by DHL. Telephone come with faulty screen, the screen is half green. It means phone is worth nothing, I can not use. I made direct contact to honorbuy, and also informed paypal, to seek advice.
Honorbuy has replied me after few days because it was weekend. They have requested pictures and videos. So I did. I made same day the pictures as soon I saw faulty screen.
I need telephone so my point was just exchange to a new one with no damage. But Honorbuy was not feeling to do it. They told me if the phone has a hardware problem they will exchange to a new one if it is waterlogged then they charge me for repair service. Waterlogged - it is brand new phone, just packed from the box. They open phone boxes before they sell for inspection, updates and so on. It means that honorbuy has opened this box before me and they are claiming that somehow phone is waterlogged.They directly send return address to repair centrum. I felt not very comfortable to send phone and later have no any evidences. I only agree return for new exchange. This is normal in EU that you have 14 days to return, OK this is Asia based company and they have different rules, but still they selling items for EU and suppose to follow at least some rules. I had no choose and I have escalated my problem to Paypal ( I made direct call to Netherlands paypal service and I was advised to escalate problem).
Currently I am not sure if the problem will be solve in my favor or honorbuy. Have no money, no phone and thrust is gone.

It is my second order from honorbuy and also have recommended for few my friends.

I hope that honorbuy is reading it.
I will keep update with my problemall of you, maybe Honorbuy will make refund them salve, maybe paypal does, or maybe I have 360 euro minus.

I hope that honorbuy will refund a money without any extra time waist and I can order a new one. I have read all reviews and honorbuy replies. Looks like they trying to solve each problem. I hope I am not exception.

Update 25.08.2017. - thank you for your attention. Your message is very clear and if I would got same message at beginning, probably the problem would be solved.
I have not sent to the phone to EU warehouse, because paypal told me do not do it. As soon paypal takes desision for refund I need to send it back. I believe it takes time. Currently I am very confused what I need to do. Please advice me and maybe we can avoid any lost on both sides.

Update 22.09.2017. You are fully correct about opening dispute with Paypal. It is truly and fully time waist and energy. They are totally doing they job bad and this disturb whole process with seller. But this is separate story.
paypal have closed my dispute because, DHL delayed parcel and did not updated tracking number. paypal closed claim on not my side after one week - reason invalid tracking number.
After almost 20 days delivery honobuy received parcel and tested. I have confirmation after two days that my phone will be changed to a new one. tracking number received at same day.
I made big mistake by not trusting Honorbuy and going directly to paypal.
I do next time different.
My review is 100% authentic. I write full story that people can separate good and bad shops and hope that anothers do as well.
Several notes for honorbuy: 1 - need to act with each case separately, write authentic email instead copy -past. 2- Reply more often, not 1 email per day. it makes more comfortable buyers.
P.S as soon I test my replacement I will change the score, but I keep all story on.

Last update 27.09.2017. I got my new phone from honorbuy. Well packed and phone works good. They also refund delivery back cost straight away. I am happy with honorbuy and my next purchase will be with honorbuy too.

Hi, I'll ask my colleagues more details about your situation. At the moment I see only that you received the package on 18.08.2017, did you sent back the phone to our EU warehouse? Once we receive the phone we have to check if it damaged or nor, for sure it's not waterlogged or damaged because we tested it or installed some updates in the phone. If the phone is in good conditions you don't have to worry, we'll replace the device and solve the problem. If the phone has been damaged by you we have to charge you for the reparation, it's a normal procedure.

Update 31.08.2017:
Hello, my colleagues said that Paypal asked you to return the device, once we receive it and test it we'll refund you. I'm sorry again for the trouble, the situation could have been handled in a better way. Opening a dispute on Paypal is a waste of time and it complicates the comunication, these kind of problems can be solved direcly with our team. There is no need to worry, depending on cases we refund the customer, replace a defective phone or repair it... It's in our interest to find a solution which makes customers happy and cuntinue to run our business in the best possible way.
I hope you will understand and you will change your review/score after you receive teh money back.

Good shop

they have good 7/24 online service. I bought several goods from this website. delivery was 10days from China. Once I had cancel my order and I got refund in 1 minute to my paypal.

Honorbuy. Mi note pro 64gb 4g

I bought Mi note pro 64gb 4g from honorbuy. Very fast delivery. I got it in my hands after two days. I tested phone for his genuine with his authentic number, IMEI number, Antutu, checked the weight 162g and thin 7.12mm. the build quality is perfect, I have galaxy note 3 and 6s edge, the quality is equal to 6s edge and price two time cheaper.

the company service is good. recommend for another buyers...
