Absolutely not care customer service
I had/have still the problem with the key/seller and from customer service for 2 months no action. I contacted seller and G2A straightaway byt nothing until today.
Update 07/08/2025:
My ticket was close saying..." that contacting the seller was the best course of action as they are responsible for all the digital items they offer, and they should be able to assist you with any refund or replacement requests."
G2A could pressure the sellers to solve their problems with the customers
