Clear (much improved) website makes booking v easy, especially if you have and account with Brittany Ferries.

I have always enjoyed travelling with Brittany Ferries - pricier than some other companies, but the ships are a class apart and I suspect the crews are treated better than in some cut price operations. The website is fine, though a bit clunky at times - eg having selected a crossing from the timetable page, there is no direct link to the booking section of the site. But this is a detail

I have only used this company twice, but so far they have been v efficient, and helpful when I had to return an order (due to an error on my part).

I have attended two courses run by Chieftain, both excellent. The organisation was good, the gear up to the task, and most importantly, the two different trainers were both entertaining, knowledgeable, and skilful in finding the balance between supporting and challengeing the participants. Top notch, highly recommended.

The website was easy to navigate, and appeared to ensure that I would receive the correct part by entering the model number of the dryer. Despite this, the first part received did not fit, which was disappointing. However, second time round I did obtain the correct part, and the returns process was quickly and helpfully managed.

Good website. I was able to find the rather unusual items I needed, and the prices were fair.

The company failed to send me the e-tickets for my booking. When I enquired the phone was at least answered reasonably promptly. The agent was just short of being downright rude, and did email me the tickets promptly, but overall impressions based on what should have been a very straight-forward process were not at all favourable.

As an amateur sailor I really like the paper charts - clear presentation, good information, right level of detail, reasonable value for money. The only frustration is the speed and regularity with which corrections for older charts cease to be produced, so one is obliged to buy replacements.

Mine was a simple order, but wa quickly fulfilled, and good value for money.
