The gym is great, often too busy however, management and lack of communication is one of the worst I've experienced. My wife signed up for a 3 months contract which has ended. Apparently you need their confirmation of cancellation before you should stop recurring payments. Here's the problem, you email, you call, you try via social madia.. nothing works, they never answer to cancellation queries, disappointed to say the list.
If you sign up, be aware you sign a contract and once you reach the end of it you will not get a "tank you, hope you will join again soon" you get nothing, complete silence and potentially a letter in a few moths saying you owe them hundreds of pounds, this it a joke and needs treated accordingly! Go somewhere else if you want a gym this is not a good place

Very easy process of signing up, works as bought, speed as advised. Robin was helpful with the installation and advise process. Hopefully service will stay as it is and not change with time.

This is the most incorrect direction I've encountered.

The address will take tou into a roundabout which has nothing to do with the parking.
The map when yo check takes to to Sainsbury's carpark where you get 1.5h free. The carpark might but but still not be the one across the train platform. On the other side of the station.
As I needed it on Sunday I've found a vouncil parking which is free on Sunday's. Never had the chance to make use of the money I've paid to Apcoa..
