Cancelled my trip without a reason

I will never buy from Travelstore again. They accepted my money and I got a flight ticket. The following day they cancel my flight without a reason. Most likely their website is not up to date with the pricing and I perhaps got the ticket for a few kronor cheaper than they wanted to get. So they cancelled my booking and raised the price. Not happy at all with this.

Dear Jonathan ,

a technical failure you`re describing is something we cannot predict or control and therefore include into our reservation rules, so the customers are aware of this. While going through the reservation you are accepting the mentioned regulation, signing with "yes, i agree" at the end.

In this way we understand that the customer fulfilled their obligation and made himself familiar with the matters, which can happen during the issuance of the ticket.

When the mentioned failure happens we inform the customer within 24h (the is the usual time of issuing the ticket) and give back the full amount of money paid for the actual reservation.

Unfortunately the reasons for the tech fail can be different and therefore also there is waiting time (24h) after you make a reservation and before you receive the ticket during which we reserve ourselfs right for the mentioned.
