The men in the office where very friendly, helpful and professional It’s so much easier to park the car with you and catch the bus straight to the airport When we landed we only had to wait 5 minutes for the return bus Which pulled up next to our car which was great as my husband has health problems and we could loss the cases straight into the boot So much easier than using the airport car park and cheaper

I found the green beans, spring onion was not very fresh The spring onion was actually very thin and luckily I had another on the fridge and used that The mince pork only had a 2 day life span

We work extremely hard with our suppliers and couriers to ensure all our produce is as fresh as possible when it is delivered to your door. This includes keeping the protein and dairy products wrapped in ice packs during transit and storing ingredients in our temperature-controlled facility before sending them out. Unfortunately, ingredients do go out of date and towards the end of the week that is more of a risk. We do always aim to provide long-lasting ingredients but with items like fish, for example, there would be shorter expiry dates on these due to the nature of the product. We would advise arranging meals in a way that uses anything with a shorter expiry date first.
As a service meant to provide the freshest items available, we are very sorry to hear this wasn't the case and that you were left disappointed. Our protein and veggies should be fresh for 3 days including delivery day (apart from fish and seafood due to the nature of the item), so any items that you were not able to use within this timeframe will be reported to our Quality team who want to stay on top of this for our customers.
