I ordered the Night before Christmas book for my two grandchildren …i didn’t really know what to expect but i am so happy with my order. I paid extra for the hardback copy and the presentation box and i wasnt disappointed.

The quality of the book is fantastic , the hard cover i feel just makes it more special and can be used every year setting up a new tradition. The presentation box although nothing special in itself i feel adds to the luxury of the gift.

Im very happy with my purchase.

What can I say other than fantastic product at fantastic price. I must admit I was a bit sceptical at buying these boards that I saw on Facebook , then saw them on Tic Tok and thought as they were on offer maybe now would be the best time to try. I got these boards on the £29.99 a board offer and purchased the walnut …they match perfectly to my flooring and add a touch of class and elegance to my room . I’m that impressed I’m looking to buy for other rooms in my house.

After I placed my order I received a call to say when the boards would be delivered and the driver would call me before hand, that’s exactly what happened and what a cheery driver …we’ll done British homes direct ..I’ll give you a 5 star for price, quality and service .

Fantastic service! As soon as I ordered my television I was immediately given a tracking number. I received emails and texts to choose a convenient delivery slot …I even got a call when the order was about 15 mins away . Well done ArrowXl ! I bought a beautiful cream and black tv unit , it’s so expensive looking and unfortunately there was a small chip on one of the doors….i contacted customer care and they replied immediately offering either money off or a replacement door and sincere apologies…..what can I say the door came a week later and that alone spoke volumes …customer care well done you’ve got yourself a return customer !

I ordered my items on the 14th of December next day delivery and still haven’t received it on the 26th of December ….I’m so disappointed in the service .it’s value is £115 and was gifts ..

Had a fantastic experience in DFS today….Christine in the Paisley branch (Abbotsinch ) went above and beyond to help us . She was so patient and attentive and understood our needs and most importantly listened , given I have recently become disabled she made me comfortable and that’s a service that not everyone can achieve ! Well done DFS …and Christine ….service like that makes me happy to share with friends and family and hopefully see them have future similar experiences.

Fantastic rugs for the price. Colour was lovely (mustard) and I bought a bigger size than I’ve ever done before at less than half the price! I bought a matching smaller rug for the hall and will only be using here in future. The whole buying and delivery process was fantastic… so glad I this place!!

Bought a full house of blinds from here. Over the moon with them the Faux wooden blinds look fantastic...Not only do they look fab but they are very well made, they were an amazing price and the customer service was second to none. Jack from the Braehead branch offered a fantastic service, he had my sons glasses organised in no time after his old frames were unavailable....his new frames are even more trendy and fitted perfectly. I ordered a brick effect paper and am over the moon with it ...given that it was only £8 a roll and the same paper was £15 in B& Q I was worried the quality may be poor ...how wrong was I ...fantastic paper to work with looks amazing will definitely purchase from here again!!
