Made to feel like one of the family excellent cars good prices given on part exchange swansea is normally my collection point had a few cars from them

Dealt with the father first lovely man…

Dealt with the father first lovely man listen to what i wanted ordered a suite which suited us, was told 6-8 weeks for delivery which was ok as we were aware of the covid situation. However several weeks later i rang again to find out what was happening with my suite and also to find out what the cancellation refund policy was as it is not on their website and found myself speaking to the son. This mans first words to me were your not getting your money back really rude surley with no customer service skills at all i posted a review on facebook baised on his lack of customer relations and had a reply from him telling me that i was according to his father a nice customer to deal with so he could not now understand why i had posted the review i had explained that his father had customer skills he did not and i dealt with his father the way the father dealt with me which was with respect something his son does not understand. I would look at other stores for my goods from now on

Do not use this company

Ordered pads from here wrong item sent rang straight away told to return the items via Hermes who had delivered them which I did still no refund checked Hermes tracker website which showed parcel was delivered to Complete care on 30th aug still no refund contacted Complete care who claims not to have got the returned item and now I have been told to provide proof of the signed for package from their warehouse how can I do that sent them the screen shot of Hermes tracker website with all the details still not enough proof since when has all the onus been on the customer to prove who's working that day
