Have used them many times, always an easy transaction.

I bought the gold pro head shaver, bought the case and stand to go with it, after the second time I used it in the shower is when i realised it might not be as waterproof as they boast, half an hour after the use of it in the shower, the shaver turned itself on and couldnt be turned off, just kept going until the battery died. Rang customer support, no one to take my call, no one on live chat and havent had a response from emails sent, I have even used Facebook Messenger, no one on there either. . . . All in all I feel like I have been mugged.

As always the customer service was excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble.

The engineer that fitted our smart meter was amazing, he was such a polite and pleasant gentleman, despite the system keep going down and creating him tough challenges to overcome.

Website is a bit slow responding to selections/choices.... can't review the product as yet.

Had 4 tyres and tracking done.... Very welcoming and polite, nothing was too much trouble, definitely going back when required to do so.
