WHAT HAPPED TO PAYPAL!!!

I still cannot believe it, Papal Customer Service used to be like Amazon Customer Service (TOP Quality)!

now, the Customer service is REALLY bad! The customer service people have really no idea how to solve issues or problem. I feel really sorry for them! But Paypal have to work on it Customer Service, it’s a disaster

really i have no words to say.
They made a mistake in my Flight booking (From Hurgada to Egypt). I was totally left alone in Egypt/Hurgada to book my own intern Flight to Cairo. I had only Euro & I had no Egyption bound. I had to take a Taxi & go to Hurgada my self to exchange moeny. After 50 min of Talking with customer service, they told me OH sorry we made a mistake pay all this your self and we will give you back your moeny ASAP. I have all of this in emails form! and now its been 11 days and they didnot give me back my Moeny!

I will open a new case at the Consumer Protection Agency here in Germany.

Zwischenbescheid Höffner-Kaufvertrag 8147296

wir haben ein Bett am 22.0.8.2020 von Höffner bestellt. Unser wird versprochen, dass unser Bett pünktlich geliefert wird! Gemäß unserem Kaufvertrag (Kaufvertrag 8147296) beträgt die maximale Lieferzeit 10 Wochen!
Am 28.09.2020 habe Ich ein E-Mail bekommen, dass unsere Bettlieferung verzögert sich bis KW 47. Ich habe Höffner direkt kontaktiert und gefragt ob die echt die neuen Termine hakten können. Die Kunden Service habe Ja gesagt!

Jetzt habe ich eine E-Mail bekommen, dass unser Bett kann am 03.12.2020 geliefert wird. Das ist mehr als eine 5 Wochen Verzögerung, und der gesamten Lieferzeit ist 15 Wochen!
Ich habe Höffner eine E-Mail geschrieben, dass ich mit dieser Situation unzufrieden bin! und die Tatsache, dass Sie ihr Versprechen zweimal nicht halten konnten, kann ich wirklich nicht akzeptieren. Sie haben mir bisher keine Lösung angeboten, die dieses Problem lösen kann. Die Tatsache, dass wir 15 Wochen ohne Bett geschlafen, ist wirklich unbefriedigend.

Where is my Car? (Problem Solved 23.09.20)

Where is my Car! it’s been 13 days??
I order my car at 27.08.20! They promised me that my car will be their within 9-12 days max. I called the customer service at least 3 times to ask about my car. Each time the same answer, we do not have any new information.

I opened many tickets trying to inform Sonnen that my new battery (hybride 8.1) went offline many times during the last 3 months (Serial No. 101825). I need a final solution to my problem I have been waiting for along time and nothing happened.

I have the prove that your battery has a internal communications Error! This was even conforms from your Technical team. I need someone from the management to contact me ASAP to inform me how this problem will be solved !
I really wasted alot if time on this issues and I am really dissatisfied from the whole experience.
