Everything worked

Everything worked. It was easy to upload a photo and to edit it. Writing the text to go on the title page was easy and quick. And as I've used this service three times now, I know that everything will go swimmingly.

my parcel never reached me as it was…

my parcel never reached me as it was reported damaged by Hermes and over a week later I still haven't been refunded! Very disappointing, unprofessional and unimpressive.
