Amazingly old-school and useless

Amazingly old-school and useless. Being the "post"bank, they seem to love Post. Everything comes in the post, excessive use and waste of paper. It took 2 months and 3+ attempts to open an account because they kept lacking information even though I had all the forms and documents checked by the Postoffice and Postbank staff on all occasions. When I finally got an account, I got sent a lot of mail to log in, but then you cant actually log in without requesting a pin for the app - which will of course be sent to you in the mail in about a week. Finally I got that and logged in, now 3 months later. I wanted to set up some ETF saving plans, but that was also unsuccessful because they need some other sign in code (Meldeschlüssel gemäß MiFIR Art. 26). The message tells me to call the call centre - and wait indefinitely on hold.
In the meantime I set up a Depot Konto with Consors bank (much more efficient) so have given up on Postbank and will continue with Consors. But the whole experience with Postbank was so ridiculous and a huge waste of time (and very un-environmentally friendly) so I´d like to warn others against it.
N26 is a great bank for a regular account - super easy to set up, very digital and user friendly. Triodos and GLS are great green banks for sustainability (not investing your money in Fossil fuels) and for saving plans there are better options than Postbank too. Your time is worth money too so no point wasting it with Postbank.

Worst online shopping experience I´ve ever had.... 4 months...

I ordered 2 chairs for a client in August. The delivery time on the site was "5-7 days", which is when I needed them for the project.
It wasn't until 4 weeks later (and many emails) that the chairs arrived.

After all that wait, the chairs that arrived were not the right colour and didnt appear as they did on the website. We werent happy with them at all, so on the day of arrival emailed to get them returned. They wanted photos, we sent them.
It took about 15 emails of being told "the colleague is out of the office / we are waiting on a new shipment / we will get back to you next week / will you accept a discount", until they finally organised the products to be collected.
It was not until late November - 2 months after receiving the chairs - that they got collected!
Then, we had to wait another month to get a refund at the end of December! = 4 months in total since placing the order!!
Ontop of that, they did not return all the money! Instead of returning the 50€ postage cost they said we can have free postage on our next order - as if we would ever order from them again!? And they didnt return 50€ because they said the chairs werent returned in their original boxes but we only received them from the delivery company wrapped in bubble wrap.
I emailed to say that a voucher for free postage wasn't acceptable (1 months go) and I never got any response.

So to sum it up, we lost 100€, wasted a whole lot of time emailing and phoning them over 4 months, and suffered a lot of time being annoyed about the situation.
I´ve worked with a lot of companies and never had an experience like this. Very unprofessional...
