Extremely poor customer service response with a happy ending
Update on this review......I have been contacted by the Customer Services and they have done exactly as they stated they would in thier reply, ie issued a full refund along with an apology for the oversight. this restores my faith in them and i will now continue to use their service. Thank you Park2 Travel, you came good in the end and deserve the credit for sorting this out. I have duly amended the rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I had to cancel due to my wife having a medical emergency. Only way you would let me contact you was via the Web message system, which I did.
You just ignored that message even though I had an email from you acknowledging it's receipt.
I was purely asking if I could rebook once she could travel again or a refund if that wasn't possible.
You just ignored me.
I've been a loyal customer for years but am re evaluating that position now.
