Easy to book originally and easy to change booking at short notice. Increased costs due to school holidays was disappointing. Finding the pick up spot at 0030hrs was a bit challenging mainly due to poor signed at airport. Car was reliable and return was quick and easy.

I sought a refund due to duplicated products. Refund received hassle free and in a timely manner.

Made purchases up i to bundles for further savings. Had to return faulty product a couple of days later and exchange was made hassle free

The delivery was hassle free. The mat has done the job it was supposed to, however there is one flaw from my perspective. The eyelets are too small for the screw in tent pegs. The metal eyelets catch on the thread and tear out. It is not always possible to use the light pegs provided in ground that is very hard. An eyelet one size up would be better and still suitable for the provided tent pegs.

Took the time to understand my circumstances.

Pick up at airport on time even if a little hard to find (airport way finding issue). Friendly staff who are attentive to your needs but maybe not as timely as possible for those people waiting. Good no fuss examination of the vehicle at time of hand over to us and when we returned it. We did fill and clean ours after 3900 km and that helps considerably. While the car (Toyota Previa) was not new and we were not expecting new it ran without a hitch and was comfortable for 4 adults and all their gear.
